I had been looking for a used Subaru Outback for a few months but couldn’t find anything locally when I came across Exit5 Auto via Facebook Ads. I checked out their inventory online and found exactly what I wanted, a 2016 Outback Limited. Now, I live 170+ miles away from this dealership and thought there’s no way I’m driving that distance with winter weather and all to purchase a vehicle. But after a couple days of looking at that vehicle online I decided to place a call and reassure myself that even though I wanted the car, it’s too far away. I spoke with sales manager Rome Wager who put my mind at ease about the vehicle and how the process would work if I wanted to purchase it. Fast forward one week and now it’s in my driveway and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The vehicle is exactly how it was as shown in multiple photos taken at the dealership, the process was completely straightforward and uncomplicated and I was able to do this from the comfort of my home. Rome was diligent in working with me from our first conversation to lining up the transport people to get the car to me and following up the next day. So from finding a car I really wanted so far away to calmly getting me through the sale, I am completely sold on Exit5 Auto Group and wouldn’t hesitate one bit to do it again!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went in to look at a couple of cars. Staff was incredibly helpful and we did not feel any pressure to buy. And when we did eventually settle on a car they made sure to find the best option for interest rates and talked us through the whole thing. They have a garage in the back where they make repairs and make sure the cars won't fall apart as soon as you leave the parking lot. They prioritize having an honest name over maximizing profit and you just can't find that any more. Would recommend. We will be back once our lease ends on our other car.

I was looking for something very specific & had looked at 3 other dealerships before going to Exit5. After a long day & drive, I ended up at Exit5 20 mins before they closed on a Saturday. Rome was very friendly & didn't rush me at all when I wanted to take the vehicle I was interested in out on a test drive. I didn't feel any pressure. I was able to go home & think about it. When I wanted more information on the vehicle, Rome answered all my questions, even sending me service paperwork showing what had been done, explaining the warranty & sending me warranty company information. Exit5 had the best price on what I was looking for & was the only dealership offering an included warranty on a certified vehicle for my piece of mind. Rome took care of everything for me, even accommodating a specific request I had, the time I could pick up & communicating via text with me, as I have a job that makes phone calls next to impossible.
